It is the policy of Books by Mike that any damaged goods recieved will be replaced within 30 days of order. If you recieve damaged goods send an email to books.mike@gmail.com explaining the damage and fax the receipt to 409-924-0798. For CD's that are damaged out of the box the same process applies.
